Fine Print & FAQ –
Pricing given without a site survey based on all items listed below being present and/or operational upon our tech’s arrival for your TV installation.
- Unsure of your TV size? Email us your TV’s model number at Info@TremorT.com or schedule a site survey with a Tremor Tech to confirm.
- TV power (Present, operational, & located near the TV location).
- Building Network & Wifi (Present onsite, operational, & located near the TV location). We typically connect all devices to the network upon installation and testing. Please let us know if a network connection will not be needed.
- The wall Tremor Tech is mounting the TV on is of sound manner per CA building codes.
- No “custom” or additional cabinet or wall work is needed to install the TV and/or hide the Cables. It helps when the new TV location is located directly near, above or below a power outlet and/or data outlet with no cabinets.
- No man-lift is needed. The TV location can be reached safely using a 6ft ladder for all TV sizes being installed.
- An additional travel fee may apply if the installation is outside the Greater Sacramento Area. Please email us at; Info@TremorT.com if you have questions regarding our Travel Policy.
- Tremor Tech’s 90-Day Warranty Policy only covers labor, materials, & equipment provided by Tremor Tech, LLC. Tremor Tech, LLC cannot warranty any existing or newly purchased customer owned equipment or materials. Please email us at; Info@TremorT.com if you have questions regarding our Warranty Policy.
- Tremor Tech, LLC must be able to warranty all work per CA electrical codes and conditions. Example: We will not warranty a store bought extension cord ran through your wall to power your TV on. Please email us at; Info@TremorT.com if you have questions regarding our Warranty Policy.
- A completed Tremor Tech installation agreement is required before Tremor Tech, LLC can begin the TV installation.
If any or all of these conditions cannot be met, additional cost may apply, or we may not be able to complete your install. Thank you for your understanding!
